In this guitar lesson, Jon MacLennan will teach you a very cool and classic blues turnaround in the style of the great Robert Johnson.
If you never heard about Robert, you should listen to him as soon as possible because he was one of the acoustic blues pionners.
A turnaround is basically a melodic line that is often played in the last 2 bars of a 12 bar blues structure. In this case the turnaround is in the key of A.
Ok, hope you like this lesson and as we always say, coming up with your own ideas is the best advice for starting to find `your´ unique sound and style.
That is all for today... Also I suggest that you keep enjoying and learning from Jon MacLennan and all the staff at BluesGuitarDotCom
