In this guitar lesson, Jon MacLennan will teach you a nice blues turnaround in the style of the great Jimmy Page. Actually this is a similar riff that Jimmy plays in `Bring it on home´ by Led Zeppelin.
A turnaround is basically a melodic line that is often played in the last 2 bars of a 12 bar blues structure. In this case the turnaround is in the key of E.
Ok, hope you like this lesson and as we always say, coming up with your own ideas is the best advice for starting to find `your´ unique sound and style.
That is all for today... Also I suggest that you keep enjoying and learning from Jon MacLennan and all the staff at BluesGuitarDotCom
