Guitar Lesson: Simple Arpeggios With Open Chords And Picking
Published on 18 January 2016
http://bluesguitarunleashed.com - This lesson is something for my students to work on the picking hand and also see how this type of sound is created.
Arpeggios are simply breaking up a chord into the individual notes instead of strumming the whole thing at once.
It's a great way to get a nice sound without filling up a lot of space, and can be combined with simple strums to really make a nice sound. You hear this a lot in folk, country, pop, and some blues music.
Enjoy the lesson. If you like my lessons and would like to get my free Blues Guitar Unleashed newsletter with other tips and lessons (as well as download versions and the TABs and chord charts) you can sign up at http://bluesguitarunleashed.com for more.
